Returns and Refunds

We want you and your pet to love your order. If something isn't right, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

How to start a return
Email us at growthint4u@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first can't be accepted.

Return conditions

• Items must be unused, clean, and in their original packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns on used grooming items, used bedding, or items your pet has chewed or soiled.
• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund. You don't need to send the item back.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping was free, so there's no shipping charge to deduct.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return your item and place a new order.

Cancellations
You can cancel within 1 hour of ordering for a full refund. After that, your order may already be on its way.
