About Us

About The Lazy Paw Co.

The Lazy Paw Co. is an online pet shop run from Düsseldorf, Germany. We offer practical, comfortable everyday essentials for dogs and cats: grooming tools, feeders and fountains, beds and blankets, toys, and walk and travel gear.

How we work

We choose each product ourselves and sell it directly to customers in the United States. Orders are packed and shipped from our fulfillment partners' warehouses, which lets us offer free shipping on every order. Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days after processing, and you get a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Our promise

If something arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund. You can also return items within 30 days. See our Returns & refunds and Shipping pages for the full details.
